Dear friends,

In addition to Annunciation’s schedule of special evening services and concerts, the parish sustains multiple musical groups that are currently accepting new members.

The Schola Cantorum sings at the 11am Mass (Latin, Ordinary Form). This is the parish’s principal choral ensemble that also sings for the principal services of the Sacred Triduum and holy days of obligation. They rehearse on Wednesday evenings except during the summer.

The English Schola sings for the 5:30pm Sunday evening Mass under the direction of Lowell Davis. This ensemble focuses its energies principally on chant, especially with English texts. They rehearse off-site on a schedule yet to be determined for the fall.

The 9:30 A.M. Choir sings for, well, the 9:30am Sunday morning Mass! This ensemble has no mid-week rehearsal and focuses on vocal technique and leading the congregation’s song. They warm up at 9:00am each Sunday morning.
